It is interesting to note that Mary Cameron (I735) stated on her arrival in Sydney on board the "Blonde" on 27 Dec 1849, that her uncle, John McKenzie was living near Maitland.

Yet her brother, Angus Cameron (I93), who also arrived on the "Blonde" at the same time stated that he had an uncle, John McKenzie [living] at Mr. James Walker's [property at] Wallerawang near Hartley.
